Euroseeds is looking for an experienced Coordinator Outreach and Advocacy (Manager Public Affairs) to lead its Outreach and Advocacy Team and drive the association’s EU public affairs and advocacy work. Based in Brussels, the role includes representing the European seed sector to EU institutions and key stakeholders, coordinating communication and membership engagement, and shaping strategic advocacy across priority areas such as research, EU market access, and international trade.
The position requires 7–10 years of EU public or government affairs experience, proven knowledge of EU decision-making and European Parliament relations, strong understanding of agricultural and environmental policy, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
