2021 marks three important anniversaries in the world of intellectual property (IP) rights of plant-related inventions: 60th Anniversary of CIOPORA and the UPOV Convention as well as the 30th Anniversary of the 1991 Act of UPOV Convention. All three anniversaries highlights important steps towards the stimulation of plant breeding innovation in the world.
